What is EcoVadis?

EcoVadis was first established in 2007 and, over the past 17 years, has grown to become the largest sustainability ratings provider globally, assessing more than 130,000 companies, across 175 countries worldwide. As a global leader in corporate sustainability ratings, it enables companies to reduce risk, drive improvement and accelerate positive impact on our planet and society.

Why is embracing the assessment so vital to our mission?

There is no simple answer, but in summary team risk has a unified DNA that is characterised by thought leadership, continuous learning and ethical principles.

Our team has a strong understanding of our contribution within a wider sustainability landscape; and this empowers us to prioritise doing what is right over what is profitable when it matters most. While our journey hasn’t always followed a linear pathway of continuous progress, achieving the platinum rating from EcoVadis is a powerful endorsement of the day-to-day efforts that we make toward a better, inclusive and more sustainable future. The rating reflects years of commitment by us as business to people- and planet-centric decision-making, which has become an intrinsic part of our every-day operations.
