Please call us if you have a problem and you don’t know what to do! We’ll help you find the solution that’s right for your business.

Expert advice when you need it most

Sometimes, we all need a little extra specialist support to help us through a challenging time. Our cyber security, risk management, GDPR and ISO experts have the experience to help you in emergency situations, plus we also have a network of trusted partners.

Cyberattack

Has your website been hacked or your systems infected with malware?

We’ll help you put together an action plan, ensure you’re compliant with your responsibilities and minimise any adverse effects. Our network of trusted forensic partners will establish how the attack occurred and make suggestions to improve your security to prevent future losses. We can even liaise with the Information Commissioner’s Office on your behalf.

Data leak

Has a colleague lost a laptop packed full of vital personal data, mislaid a memory stick or accidentally released personal data to the wrong recipient?

We’ll help you work out how to resolve the situation and communicate with stakeholders, including the Information Commissioner’s Office. To prevent future recurrence, we can help you update your IT policies and make them more accessible to staff. Staff education is key, and we can provide bespoke sessions for your teams to ensure that they understand how they can become a line of defence.

Ticking boxes to win new business

Do you have a vital new tender which calls for ISO or Cyber Essentials certification, a strong risk register or information about your GDPR compliance?

We can help you achieve certification within challenging deadlines and/or provide the information needed to impress new clients.

Subject Access Requests (SARs)

Have you received a Subject Access Request that’s hard to fulfil or you don’t know where to start?

We can guide you through the process of identifying the information that needs to be returned, establish the timescales for the return (30 or 90 days), apply the exemptions and, if required, perform the redaction. Finally, we’ll write the covering letter and prepare the data to be returned so you can meet your obligations without worry.

Disgruntled employees

Is a member of your team leaving or has left under a cloud?

We can help you establish if they took any information with them and how this could impact on your business.

ISO worries

Do you have an ISO audit looming, but feel that you’ve lost control of your management system? Perhaps your ISO lead has left the business and you don’t have a suitable replacement?

We can help you identify and address areas of non-compliance so you can approach your audit with confidence. We’ll even conduct your internal audits for you or chair and document your management reviews. If you need support during an external audit, we can be there to ensure your auditor can access the information needed.

Right to Be Forgotten (RTBF)

Similar to the process for a Subject Access Request, we’ll guide you through the data that needs to be erased from your systems and identify what needs to be retained.

We’ll also help generate the response to the data subject, if required.
