What is B Corp Month?
March is B Corp Month – a time to celebrate businesses worldwide that put society and the environment first.

Our B Corp journey
Our journey started back in 2000, and since receiving our B Corp accreditation in March 2022, we have helped businesses of all sizes and industries on their path to achieve B Corp status.
This certification is more than a badge of honour. Being a B Corp represents a public commitment to doing the right thing and being held accountable for it.
The rise of 'Generation B'
This year’s B Corp Month focuses on ‘Generation B’ – the businesses and thought leaders who are driving positive change globally.
2025 marks a landmark year for B Corp standards.
Since B Lab was founded in 2006 – the nonprofit organisation that runs B Corp standards – there have been several revisions, but this year introduces the most significant change of all: a new version of the B Corp standards.
The standards will shift from the flexible scoring mechanism previously used to one where businesses must meet minimum standards across all impact topics.
According to B Lab, the change is “to meet the magnitude of the challenge ahead”. They add: “As the climate crisis intensifies and societal inequality grows, the need to bring about systemic change is clear. We must advance the standards for B Corp Certification to meet the magnitude of the challenge ahead.
“These new standards address today’s most urgent social and environmental challenges, providing clear, impactful requirements that companies must meet in order to deliver leadership and systemic change.”¹
We all have a responsibility to be a ‘force for good’, but it’s not something we achieve alone.
