We continue to operate a hybrid flexible working model, which has reduced travel emissions and we have adopted carpooling, where possible.
In 2024, we are strengthening our efforts of further reducing travel emissions by prioritising public transportation and utilising remote collaboration tools, such as MS Teams.
In our commitment to eco-friendly office practices, we have implemented various initiatives to reduce our environment footprint. This includes upgrading light systems, adopting mindful water consumption practices and opting to actively manage dark data to minimise unnecessary resource consumption and enhance efficiency in our operations.
More information on our environmental practices and a summary of our carbon emissions for 2023 is featured in our 2023 Impact Report.
We give back through a number of initiatives and partnerships.
We are proud to support charities and communities. In 2023, we supported the charity Molly Ollys with their 186-mile sponsored cycle ride from York Minster to Warwick. The charity was founded by mum and dad team Rachel and Tim Ollernshaw in memory of their daughter Molly, who tragically passed away after battling cancer.
We also supported Stevie Stones, a charity dedicated to providing headstones for children’s graves, easing the financial burden on grieving parents. Team Risk wholeheartedly supports Stevie Stones, raising awareness and funds through unique challenges during our webinars.
In 2023, Risk Evolves also extended a donation to the Royal Regiment of the Fusiliers.
At Risk Evolves, we believe in the inherent power of small cumulative actions, understanding that when we come together, our combined efforts can create transformative change and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
